    ANMARG operates as a trader and strategic partner, including shareholder, of established European and international manufacturers of furniture and equipment for the HoReCa sector.
    The company works on a project and contract basis, offering professional solutions tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
    Due to the specific nature of the products, which include furniture and equipment for public spaces, each order is considered individually.
  2. Delivery terms
    2.1. Individual determination of terms
    Delivery terms, including price, delivery time and method of transport, are not fixed and are determined individually for each order, depending on one or more of the following factors:
    type, quantity and volume of the products ordered;
    manufacturer and country of origin;
    production and availability deadlines;
    delivery address and country;
    specific logistical, technical or design requirements of the customer;
    market and transport conditions at the time of the order.
    All parameters are confirmed after the preparation and acceptance of an individual commercial offer.
    2.2. Logistics and transport
    Deliveries are made through established international logistics partners who are proven and specialized in the transport of furniture and equipment for professional use.
    In most cases, delivery is made directly from the manufacturing plant to the end customer in order to:
    limit intermediate handling and reloading of goods;
    reduce the risk of damage;
    optimize delivery times;
    guarantee the quality and integrity of the products.
    If necessary, ANMARG can offer alternative logistics solutions tailored to the specific project or location.
    2.3. Delivery times
    Thedeliverytimes indicated are approximate, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a written contract.
    ANMARG is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, logistics partners, force majeure circumstances, or factors beyond the company's control.
  3. Terms and conditions of payment
    3.1. Payment method
    Payments to ANMARG shall be made exclusively by bank transfer, based on:
    a pro forma invoice and/or
    a tax invoice, in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
    Cash, card, or other payment methods are not accepted.
    3.2. Commercial and corporate customers
    ANMARG works mainly with business customers, and payment terms may vary depending on the type of customer:
    Traders, distributors, and partners – individually agreed commercial terms apply, including advance payments, deadlines, and discounts;
    Corporate customers and project sites – terms and conditions are determined according to the scale, nature, and deadlines of the specific project.
    All agreements are confirmed in writing and are binding.
  4. Additional provisions
    ANMARG reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, with the changes taking effect from the date of their publication on the website.
